No, we do not. We create customized fitness & nutrition programs that are delivered through our app complete with video demonstrations and training variables such as sets, repetitions, time, rest periods, etc. It is the client's responsibility to follow the plan we outline.
Our services are online only! Online training is equally effective. The common denominator with in-person and online training is client commitment and the work they are willing to put in. If clients DO the work we coach them to do, we 100% guarantee results.
